Do not use alternate accounts to evade bans, that will be a permanent ban unless you are using an account for testing or anything else which is not malicious.
Do not harass users consistently, if you hate each other, don't make it so everyone knows.
No spam, this includes saying one thing over and over again, the result, if it goes on for too long, is a week ban, then a month then a permanent ban.
Do not badge farm in order to get a badge. We know when you badge farm, especially if it is a blank blog post.
Do not ship-war. Ship warring means you have a fight and arguments with other users who don’t like a pairing between two characters. You may say why your disagree and don’t like the ship, but please don’t say it in a tone that sounds rude.

Edit farming is not allowed, this includes, spamming (see rule 6) and posting random things on people’s walls.

Only promote users who have helped the wiki.
Self-promotion (including your alternative accounts) is not allowed unless someone has approved you doing so that is above your rank.
